OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or our brokerage services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable real estate and commercial arbitration laws.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
